Microsoft, one of the leading companies in the field of artificial intelligence, had already begun integrating its AI tool named Copilot into various services and products. Now, news has come from the company indicating that we will start using the Copilot AI tool on the televisions found in everyone’s homes.
Microsoft announced that its Copilot AI assistant is coming to televisions. The assistant has been made available for Samsung’s televisions and monitors launched in 2025. No information was shared regarding whether it will come to other TV brands.
It will give you film and series recommendations, provide summaries, and answer your questions.

The Copilot AI assistant, released for select Samsung TVs, will be able to meet all of the user’s needs on the television. For example, it will be able to find the most suitable film and series recommendations based on your preferences. Or, it can provide a spoiler-free summary of a series or film you’ve watched and can’t remember.
It also has group-oriented features. For instance, if you are in a group of friends and want to watch something, but everyone likes different genres, Copilot can learn everyone’s preferences from you and find and recommend a production that all of you will enjoy. Beyond these, it can also be your assistant in your daily life. When you ask it a question on any topic, it can provide you with an answer.
Copilot will come automatically on 2025 model Samsung TVs and monitors. When it arrives, users will see a Copilot tab in the interface. It will be possible to interact with Copilot directly by pressing the microphone button on the remote control.
